About the Position: Service Technician
We’re looking for self-motivated individuals with a great attitude, eager to learn new skills and provide top-tier customer service. As a Service Technician, you’ll work directly with customers to assess, troubleshoot, and repair garage doors and openers. You’ll also maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, ensuring it is stocked with the necessary tools and materials for each job.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic hand and power tools (can be purchased through the company)
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Customer service experience and mechanical aptitude are a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Direct communication with customers to provide exceptional service
- Troubleshooting and repairing garage door systems and openers
- Maintaining a clean, stocked work vehicle
- Managing daily load outs of needed materials
